The bow tie methodology of risk assessments has been in use for many decades, but in the past 18 months we have seen its use actively expand to industries like construction, transportation, and more.

In this seminar we will provide you a brief introduction to bow ties, and the latest rule set to build them based on the work DNV GL did to co-author the soon to be published book “Bow Tie Risk Management”, published by CCPS in association with the Energy Institute. After this seminar, you will attain the basic concepts to be able to re-evaluate your risk registers and build bow ties for your critical risks.

We will conclude the session by showing you examples of how software has been used by our customers to actively manage their controls, and connect their bow ties to their risk registers. All of the solutions shown in the seminar, can be applied in your organisation today.
